Processing Time

Each Koella Jewelry piece is meticulously crafted and undergoes thorough inspection before shipping. Processing times vary depending on the product:

● In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 48 hours.

● Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May take 3-7 business days to process.

Note: Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

Shipping Methods

We offers 2 different international shipping methods:

Standard Delivery: 6-9 Business Days. $6.99 +(US)

Express Delivery: 4-6 Business Days. $11.99 +(US)

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be extended. We recommend checking your tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.

 

Important Information

1.  P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses:

Express shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). We can only ship to these addresses using our Standard Shipping method.

2.  Remote Areas:

Shipments to remote areas may incur additional logistics surcharges in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

3.  Estimated Shipping Times:

The shipping times provided above are estimates quoted by our courier partners. While we strive for timely delivery, Koella Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delays that occur after dispatch due to factors beyond our control.
