Warranty Policy


At Koella Jewelry, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

 

One-Year Warranty Coverage

1. Stone Detachment:

- If a center stone becomes detached, please retain it and consult a local jeweler for reattachment. We will reimburse repair costs up to $100 upon receipt of the invoice.

- If the center stone is lost, you may obtain a replacement by covering 30% of the original order amount. Please return the item to us for inspection and repair.

- For accent stones (smaller than 0.4ct) that become detached, we will provide replacement stones free of charge for the first occurrence. Please have them set by a local jeweler, and we will reimburse costs up to $100 upon receipt of the invoice.

2. Loose Prongs:

- If prongs become loose, please have them tightened by a local jeweler. We will reimburse repair costs up to $50 upon receipt of the invoice.

3. Tarnishing of Gold-Plated Jewelry:

- Gold-plated items may tarnish over time. If tarnishing occurs within six months, we offer a free re-plating service. Alternatively, you may upgrade to solid gold by paying the price difference.

 

Warranty Terms

1.  Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with warranty services.

2.  Return Authorization:

Before returning an item, contact a Koella Jewelry representative to obtain the return shipping address and instructions.

 

3.  Secure Packaging:

Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Koella Jewelry is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

4.  Trackable Shipping:

Use a shipping method with tracking. Items sent without tracking will not be processed.

5.  Warranty Conditions:

The warranty is void for items showing signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our experts.
